A house in Palm Beach re-listed for sale in October with a lower asking price sold for about $14 million.

Investment manager John W. Copeland and his wife Gianna sold the seven-bedroom, Georgian-style house at 254 Tangier Avenue.

Copeland is managing partner of Wealth Partners Capital Group. The firm has offices in San Francisco and Palm Beach.

The buyer was a Delaware-registered company called Tangier PB LLC, which is managed by Palm Beach attorney Stuart J. Haft.

The Copelands bought the house in August 2011 for $12.47 million.

Broker Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate re-listed the house in October with an asking price of $14.9 million after another realty firm had listed it for $15.9 million.

Built in 2008, the two-story house occupies more than a half acre and has 11,225 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.

The house has a rear loggia with a built-in summer kitchen facing a 40-foot swimming pool.

The property also features a living room with a fireplace, a library, media room, wine room, formal dining room and a second-floor master bedroom with direct access to a deck. [Palm Beach Daily News] Mike Seemuth
