Engel & Völkers opens office in Destin
Residential brokerage firm Engel & Völkers expanded to the Florida Panhandle by opening an office in Destin.
The city “appeals to homebuyers seeking both primary and secondary residences,” Anthony Hitt, president and CEO Engel & Völkers, North America, said in a prepared statement.
License partner Leigh Ann Fincher and managing broker Brian Beasley will lead the new Engel & Völkers office in Destin.
Fincher also is the principal broker of the Engel & Völkers office in Eden, Utah. Beasley has 14 years of experience in the brokerage industry with such firms as John Carroll Luxury Properties, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker.
Engel & Völkers began as a boutique brokerage in Hamburg, Germany, in 1977 and now has more than 9,000 employees and 700 offices in 30 countries.
