Developer starts taking reservations for townhouses in PB Gardens
Construction of the first of 63 townhouses at the Pointe Midtown development in Palm Beach Gardens will start in approximately three months.
Ascend Properties, the developer, has started taking reservations for the three- and four-bedroom townhouses at prices from the upper $400,000s to the upper $500,000s.
The townhouse designs are identical to those at Ascend Properties’ Pointe 100 development in Boca Raton.
The townhouse prices at Pointe Midtown are similar to those in the Alton community that Kolter Group is developing in Palm Beach Gardens.
Ascend Properties is marketing the proximity of the townhouse sites to such attractions as the Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Center and a city park located just north of Pointe Midtown. The development, located on PGA Boulevard midway between Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike, is also close to several restaurants, including The Cooper Restaurant and the Prosecco Cafe.
The townhouses at Pointe Midtown will have two floor plans, according to the development’s website. The 2,490-square-foot Wave model will have four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a half bathroom and a two-car garage. The 2,174-square-foot Echo model will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a half bathroom and a two-car garage. [Palm Beach Post] – Mike Seemuth
